I had the same worry when I was eating that much but at the end I realized it was so small there's no way you can stretch your sleeve. Make sure you do your protein first . It keeps you full longer. Good luck

Yep, I have been there but thx to cetaphil, it's all taking care -
I was 240 the day of my surgery, no preop diet, by 7 months I was a size 6 and for my bday July 30, I was officially a size 4. I had my surgery on sept 14, 2011. But as of this morning I am still 148, 5'7, trying to be 156 lbs.

I went from 40 DD to 36 B , believe me those suckers are going down, including the ass. I used to be a BBW, now I am a plain pear shaped with running pancakes on my chest which of course I call boobs. Size 4 now.

Ok O.T.R. I saw my nut and of course I was told to gain coz I look horrible so I try my hardest now when I up my calories I lost wt. my sleeve loves sweet so I am an ensure, carnation type now .
