I have always been overweight, and have tried every diet in the book. I didnt want to have gastric because of the horror stories Ive heard , and I wanted something less invasive. So far I have been pleased with my results, although I will have to admit its much harder than i thought. I workout 5 days a week and I dont feel like im getting the results I should be getting after 1 year.  My band can oly hold 11cc and im at 9. I dont want to fill it up completly, but I so desperately  want to lose 30 mor lbs.
