i was really trying and only lost 17 pounds in the first 5 months- but then another 28 pounds the follwowing 3 months!! focus on the BIG picture. its working- 13 pounds off right?! hang in there. our bodies are fickle things; if you stick with it, that metabolism switch will flip!!
i will also mention you do need to slow down eating your dinner, "shoving down your throat" is never a good thing!!
