Sorry, I just saw your comment on my board, I didn't even check it! I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. I have actually used it before when I did P90x with my husband (for a brief time of course lol) And I am so glad that you added me as a friend!! Good luck with your surgery!
