Burlington, NJ here! Sleeved on 8/28 by Dr. Wasser at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mt Holly. Had a wonderful experince and went back to work on 9/11. Doing fantastic, down 18 lbs. "It is what you make of it". Other than the main incision site being painfull, if you moved the wrong way, I've had it very easy. My job is a desk job so I was able and willing to go back to work in two weeks. So glad I did this...Can anyone explain to me how to fix my ticker?

Thanks for the info. I will get started on planning meals that I can start preparing soon and will freeze well. My grandson, he's sixteen and lives with us, is the one I'm more concerned about. My husband will fix his own meals if he has to. I'll be spending more time on here seeking info now that I've been approved. I am excited, nervous, scared, anxious all at the same time. I can do this!!

Hi, I'm new here and not sure how to post either. I'm from Burlington and have just been approved for the VSG surgery. I am having my surgery on Aug. 28th. Dr. Wasserman, South Jersey Surgical Group will be performing my surgery at Virtua Center for Bariatrics. I am nervous about the diet changes and I need as much info as I can get. How does everyone handle the menu planning when you still have to prepare meals for your family?
