I thrid that Debhart71. I am about 8 days post op Iam not hungry, except for yesterday making breakfast for the family and thought I could handle scrambled eggs, well I was mistaken, they got stuck half way down. Pretty scarey. -

Well, I worked out with a personal trainer for 3 weeks as i was considering lapband and lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks just pay for like five sessions and learn some things and do those on your own. -
