My doctor told me NO SODA. She said the carbonation will make your stomach hurt. I have been drinking soda the last few weeks and have had NO problems. I drink it very slowly. I am going to stop drinking it just because of the calories it has -
The exact same thing happen to me the other day. I went to try on a size 20 and just for fun I grabbed the 18 and they fit like a charm!!! I did my happy dance in the dressing room...I havent fit into a size 18 in well over 6 years

I quit about 2 days before surgery lol. I havent had a problem since. I actually have smoked a few but they tasted nasty to me so I think I will just stay away. The way I found that made it a little easier (my dr refused to give me a perscription) was to ease into it. Just cut down a little each day till basically your smoking one a day...Its not always easy but it was a little easier for me like that -

They didnt predict any amount of weight but when I sat down with the doctor I told her I wanted to get to 160. She said I should start with 180 and then I can see how I feel. I agreed. Really at this point anything under 200 will be great but I am gonna do the best I can! -

I hate the fact that people think this is so easy. They really have some nerve, This is no way the easy way out. I mean most of us cant even eat bread because it gets stuck...then there is the whole stuck issue in itself...Not fun and not easy -

This is how my fill was done as well. Lay down they insert the needle and then sit up with needle still in place. It doesnt hurt though -

Not everyone needs a fill. As long as your losing weight you are fine. I lost 14 pounds the first month after being banded and I still got a fill. I wasnt too happy about that since I didnt think I needed one. You are very lucky not to need one! -

It all depends on how you feel. I went for a two mile about 4 days after surgery. I was ok, I did need my pain medicine still at that point. Other than that I felt really good -
They left the tray of treats out in front of me. I ate the damn cookie and according to my fitness pal that one cookie had 177 calories. I am so mad at myself I have smoke coming outta my ears. I am already struggling this week cause I am sick with a cold and cant hardly exercise so now lets add cookies to the equation...GRRR lol
Now its time to start on 2012's goal
