I am going to start the pre-op phase soon and I have seen the commerical for Ensure drinks. Does anyone know how the ensure protein drink taste and also if it has enought protein in it. It says it has 25 grams of protein and is low in fat. I'm wondering if drinks prepackaged would taste better than powder that you have to mix. Any thoughts?

How long should I expect to be off work

I'm new to this site so i'm just figuring it out! I thought I posed a topic but can't find it so unsure what I did wrong. Ok on to my topic. I'm basically trying to determine how long I might need to be off work. I am a office manager so my job does not reqire alot of walking. I'm usually at a desk on the computer all day. Any help? -

I found this website by accident looking for blog's on patients that either have had VSG or planning to. I have been in the process of making the decision to have the surgery. This website has helped helped alot in moving me closer to that decision. I have until Feb. to decide since I have to be with my insurance plan a year before they will pay for the surgery.

Wow after reading your message the only thing I can't get past is hearing you say you didn't mind "being a fat girl" I'm just wondering if that mindset is making you feel you made a mistake. i would think along with health reasons a part of you would want to feel better about your self.
