I found this site by accident looking for information about the sleeve surgery back in 2011 when I first started looking. I thought about having surgery for a year before I actually had it. A couple of personal issues put the surgery on hold. I decided to get surgery when I made the decison that I was tired of being overweight and I knew if I had this help with my weight loss that I could do it. This has been the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I am really one of the lucky ones. I have had no problems with my surgery. There are only a few things that I don't really want to eat or don't agree with me. I left the hospital and never had to take anything for pain. I ran my first 5k this past June and I came in first place in my age division. Something I would never have tried before.
