well finally had my band aspirated and found out it is 3 cc's less than I was told, so I now sit at 6.5cc's and am happily in the green for a bit!! 15 pounds till I'm in normal BMI range

First Fill, Not Feeling Any Restriction! Is This Normal?

Took me 6 months and 4 fills to get restriction, I felt some restriction at around 6.25cc's but not again until 2 fills later at 8.25cc's. This first 5-6 months is about fine tuning your band. I have no doubt as I lose more weight I may need another small fill to keep me in the green. Hang in there, slow and steady is best, this is no quick fix but a journey. -
ooooo saw a new number on the scale this morning that I haven't seen before, down 5 more pounds yippeee!!

It's funny how much I don't think about food lately...it's actually a little bizarre but I like it!!
