I have BCBS and was denied for a bariatric surgery (specific exclussion??) on my policy. Was originally banded in Mexico and the surgery failed me. I did lose almost 100LBS and after 2 years needed another fill (originally had 2 fills) never found restriction again- over fills & GERD
