Sounds good to me. Use your best judgment. I ran 5.7 tonight for a total of 67.5 after 13 days. Tomorrow will have to be a day off from running due to work and other commitments. Honestly, I'm due for a rest. Keep it up everyone. Especially you LV....moving furniture does not count unless you moved it down the street.

How do you handle attention from the opposite sex now that you've been sleeved and are SUPER HOT?

Hmmmmm... Gravy! -
On amazon.com And yes....quite comfy. And much easier to get on than the vibrams.

The last time Laura went streaking....this.

You should see me on those nekkid trail runs. It's cringe worthy.

I've been wanting a pair of those. I've got the merrell road gloves which are almost the same exact shoe. Good choice on the NB.

Good thing you clarified the word "liked".

Well, the Zem Gear people are trying to cut into Vibrams business (who pretty much own the market). I may have been the only person out there that day wearing vibrams, so,he really wanted me to try some on. He tried to talk me into trying on an 11. Uh....no thanks. So he offered to send me some if I did a write up on them. Now, if he wants to send me to Hawaii all expense paid....then I'll consider it.

I dunno. What constitutes a "super athlete?"

No but I might kick you in the buttocks with them. I used to wear 15's before I lost the weight. The Zem Gear guy gave me these shoes for free because he saw me running in my five finger shoes. They were selling their stuff at the race Saturday. He saw me and asked me if I was interested in trying something other than the vibrams. I said yes but he didn't have my size so he told me he'd ship me a pair for free if I'd pen a little review of them. Heck yeah! I'm fairly stoked about getting free running shoes. Heres the action shot...

No but I have SMH till I was dizzy many times....

It's on the main page on the website. Not on the mobile apps.

7 miles today gives me a total of 60 after 12 days. I did start 2 days early I believe. Ran in my new running shoes today. These are even more minimal than the vibrams. These are Zem Gear Terra Ninjas. And yes, that is a size 14 shoe rolled up in my hand. These are not for tenderfeet.

Is that anything like the "eyeroll" button? What....you don't have that?

How much do you save on food?
Butterthebean replied to Mrs.FullerRN's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Well, depends on how you eat. Yes eating less is cheaper than eating more, but eating healthy is expensive in this world. Organic this, gluten free that and non chemical laden massaged by virgins meat is expensive. Then there is the small fortune you're going to spend on your new skinny clothes. And God forbid you plunk down, $12000 on plastic surgery like I'm doing.... It goes on and on. -
You'd get my vote.

I'm hungry more often than I'd like to be (very often, that is!)
Butterthebean replied to marfar7's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I never lost my hunger either. I have to eat every 3 hours and I can eat quite a bit. At 16 months post op I have had a few 3000 calorie days (and those were mostly decent food days, no candy).....so don't ever let anyone say the sleeve will stop you from eating alot of calories. But it hasn't stopped me from losing the weight cause I watch what I eat. Specifically....the starches. I don't worry too much about carbs, but the starches absolutely kill my weight loss, energy levels and increase my hunger tremendously. I will occasionally have a small amount but not often. Maybe once a month. I'm not sure if this is considered to be "on a diet" but it's a small price for me to pay to lose the weight and be healthy. I didn't have the surgery to be on a diet the rest of my life, but I also didn't have it thinking I wouldn't have to make some changes in my life. I think there is a middle ground here that will bring you success. Good luck. -
What would you touch with fiddlemans biscuit?
