Good job everyone. It's still very early yet but already so many people are getting a jump on the month. Keep urging away and by the end of the month I promise you'll be amazed at your progress. Missus bean was gonna run today but we're actually getting something of a cool front tonight. So she wisely decided to wait and run tomorrow while the weather is in the low 60s. I'd do the same. Keep it up everyone.

Tummy tuck today!

Yeah but I taught him to be discreet. He waits till we have company then comes dragging his next sexual conquest down the stairs and puts on a show right in front of everybody. -

Yeah, no drop kicking for at least 3 weeks. Sadly it's not the worse thing he's ever done. -

First hiccup today. My cat unexpectedly jumped in my lap today and promptly bit one of my drain tubes. Punctured it and rendered it useless. Not wanting to risk infection, the doc told me to just pull it out. Still have 2 drains left and this one was the least producing so not a big problem. Feeling pretty good otherwise. Trying to not do much at all but I am able to get up and down much easier today. -

Absolutely. Good luck with your upcoming surgery. The fitter you are the easier your recovery will be.

Just putting it out there, so 'dirty' little secrets may see the light of day!

Yep...for sure. Believe it or not my cals are way down since surgery. I can barely eat half of what I could eat pre surgery. -

I've had cheese toast the last 2 mornings for breakfast. The bread is high fiber, and the cheese will clog me up so I look at them as balancing each other out. -

You're so sweet. Seriously.....it's a good movie. You should feel flattered. MUAH!

Yeah it is a leap of faith. Lol. It's not bad though. Frankly it took me 3-4 attempts to get my recipe right. Now I love it. The kale chips are good but I make asparagus the same way and they're like tasty green French fries. It's amazing how the oil, salt and crunchiness added to anything makes it better.

Kale chips are great but does 1-2 provide much nutrition? I put 2 cups worth in my kale shakes. Blended up it isn't much but drinking that twice a day I get way more leafy greens than I'd otherwise get.

I just had my TT. They removed 6 pounds of skin....with very little fat it was quite a large section. I had to pay cash but it was worth it. I was going to buy. Toyota forerunner last year which is over $30000. I bought a Nissan xterra instead which was under $20000 and boom....surgery paid for. Great trade off in my opinion. But....with my insurance, the keys to getting it paid for we're medical complications caused by the excess skin. The 2 most common are rashes or immobility due to the skin. I had neither, and would have needed well documented proof by my pcp to even attempt to get my surgery covered. If you have either issue, my suggestion is go to your pcp and seek treatment/diagnosis for the problem. If he can't resolve it with other means then he can refer you to P/S which might then be covered.
