    November fitness challenge

When I click on the last page it shows the first page. I go back one page....then back to the last page and it works. Up to 19.9 miles so far. 2 more weeks till I can start running.

    Argh

I just tried to respond to a thread on a lapband forum and it told me I didn't have enough posts to post there. 10000 isn't enough? Bloody hell.
  3. Roll with the changes baby.... roll with the changes.

    Psychological Evaluation

It's not too difficult. Just a nice interview where they ask you about your eating history, your expectations from surgery, your support system at home, your plan to cope with food and weight loss after surgery. Basically, they want to make sure you're not going to have surgery then compulsively eat a 16 oz steak the next day and hurt yourself. If you have a severe eating disorder they want you to resolve it ahead of time.

2.5 yesterday and 4.6 miles today gives me 15.1 total so far. 1/4 of my way to goal.

Regain is definitely easy! Great point. As for the rest.....you know I feel your pain. It does not feel good to go back to that level of inactivity after living right for the last 18 months. I've been taking daily walks and I never knew how boring walking was until I started running everyday. I just keep telling myself it's only temporary....but the results of my TT are permanent.

Is it me or is Kohls way too expensive for the stuff they sell? $60 for some no name khakis? I'm sure they're made at the same Chinese sweatshop the $10 walmart khakis were made. Is this only news to me? I'm new at this.
  11. I confess that exercise is my crossover addiction. And now that I cannot exercise I have replaced it with shopping. When I max out my credit cards I may turn to Internet porn. As of now the porn is just a hobby.

    this may start a riot.

Pick your butt....that always gets people's attention.
  13. Nutritionally speaking, the quest bars are about as good as it gets. Taste wise...they aren't bad after 15 seconds in the microwave. Just be sure to take them out of the wrapper first.....unless you really like sparks.
  14. Chicken skin won't kill you. Plus.....it varies for everyone. Don't worry about it ahead of time.
