liquid tylenol i felt the same way, im surprised they gave u a pill though, the oxyco was annoying to me, doesnt stop pain just knocks u out.... ice chips for ur throat -
i always pee after i sip 1 ounce every 5 minutes for a hour for some reason

u may have to decrease sodium a tad, its natural that ur body is fighting the weight loss

i was sleeved on Monday, i am still drinking out of medicine cup 1 ounce every 5 to 6 minutes....it takes some time to get all the fluids in but its goes down well that way -

One of my relatives who had bypass a few years ago, suggested that i sleep in a recliner chair. Let me tell you, it helped a milion with the pain, I was sleeved on 2/6/2012... getting in and out of bed hurt so bad, but now sleeping in recliner pain is almost gone, dont even feel like i need the meds.

i looked at myself enough fat, to the point where folks called me vain, lol. im still not sure how I will handle it,mi had one person who i shared that i was having surgery with for me to give them a b4 picture...lol, why!?! so u can co stantly remind me how bad, i looked. u may feel the folks trying to calculate is low, but u automatically can calculater/estimate. i feel it's visible enough for them to ask, so it must be a lot -

i've always felt that someone asking how mich you've lost is a backhanded way of asking you how much you weigh. I think that is an invasive question. As if their rude comments about you being fat werent enough. -
