Finally, 2 1/2 months ago my doctor ordered a sleep study for minor sleep apnea, I am finally going in for my sleep study on Wednesday night - the last and final step before things are submitted to insurance. I am weirded out for having to sleep overnight and have strangers watch me! Snore, drool, and whatever else! LOL does anyone have any insight on this? dionaw- Sent from my iPad using LBT

I have tried several greek yogurts - just could not get them down (and i'm not even banded) =) but someone suggested crystal light and SF pudding, and sugar substitute- thank you to the one who suggested crystal light!!! the pudding made the yogurt too thick - even harder to choke down - Truvia did nothing to the taste - so I tried raspberry lemonade - WOW - I am in love! Yesterday was my 5 month follow up with my surgeon -scheduled my last follow up in 3 weeks. SUPER excited that this will be the last one before everything goes to my insurance. I was also told my insurance turn around is only about a week for approval. I have done all the required appointments and have lost the required amount of weight for surgery. i did not think i could last 6 month for my insurance - now it's right around the corner =) dionaw- Sent from my iPad using LBT
