Hi everyone, I'm compiling a list with everyone's names and dates on it so we can see when we are all having our surgery and support each other. Hi EileenFrances and everyone else. Well my surgery is now 21 days away, I'm getting nervous and excited at the same time! I have been (and still am) in report writing hell which I'm sure you all can sympathise with, and then the end of term winding-up procedure will be very stressful as we are all shifting classrooms which means "packing for the movers" . I am not so happy that I won't have much time to relax before surgery as our last day is 29th June and surgery is July 2nd!

Hi everyone, I thought I might make a list with everyone's dates next to their names to post here so we can keep track of who is doing what, and when, as we try to support each other. My surgeon told me that after 21 days your stomach is "out of the woods" and the possibility of a leak are extremely small

Thanks everyone-I can't get Gatorade here and am trying to low-carb at the moment so I'm giving potassium supplements a go. CHEERS!

Thanks littlebits. What a brilliant thing to do for bariatric patients. I wish we had something like that in my city. I hope heaps of wls peeps descend on the place and make it a roaring success, and in so doing encourage more chefs to do this.

Oh, your poor thing. You don't sound well at all. I think the posters above all are totally right. Your surgeon must sort out what is wrong asap, call them up and refuse to put down the phone until they make an emergency appointment. I do hope you get well soon- keep us posted. xox

Sounds yum Patrick- well done for being experimental. I may just try mixing a sf pudding mix with protein too...just WISH I could get unjury here :-(
