<p>hello my name is shirley im 36 and live in fort smith,ar.i have two teenage boys.and i have a wonderful boyfriend(been together 4 great yrs.)&nbsp;who supports me.well here's the way my weight loss story begins.never felt like i was over weight growing up.it didnt really hit me until i was about 23 i'd already had my 2 boys i wish i could but some of the blame on them lol but i lost weight and about 3rd tri.i gain the same about i lost.like i said before i didn't feel fat.the day i fiqured out im fat i went clothes shopping i wore sweats all the time and i was wanting to get some jeans and i tried on a size i thought i was(boy was i wrong)than another and another .....i wanted to break down and cry right there in the changing room i didnt i saved it for when i got home to upset to by the jeans i finally got into i just wanted to crawl into a dark corner and never come out again.</p>
<p>so here is where the yo yo dieting begins not going to go into everyone of them.started walking everyday and cut back on my food and i lost 50 lbs.got stressed out i was in a rocky marriage and was really unhappy and what do u get when unhappyness meets food you guessed it i gain it all back and than some.well a few yrs go by and a lot of diets later im up to 282lbs my highest weight ever.but now a few things have changed in my life i met a wonderful man who loves me and supports me in everyway(no matter how moody i get or how big of a ass i can be)i've a job i like (kinda...lol)i moved everything is starting to really look up for me.after a few more diets i got down to 268 but i know it wont last i will just gain it back thats why i started looking into lap band i really think it will work for me and thats my story so far hoping for a happy ending.........</p>
