Does anyone do the T25 workout?

It's well worth it. Hard but like you said only 25 minutes. I had been loosing pretty slow recently. But by the end of my second week I had dropped 8 pounds. My husband who has not had wls lost 4 pounds in one week and that was without trying to diet at all. Week 3 has not gone as good but that's because I've had a sinus infection and all that bouncing around and stuff was more than I could stand with my head pounding like it was. I'm hoping to be back at it tomorrow morning.
