Hi Everyone, I am new to VST. I am pre op. I made my mind up and am heading to MX in the near future. I weigh 227 , am 5'3 and live in Valrico (out side of Tampa). I love Fl. I absolutely can not wait. Trying to gather info, prepare myself physically and emotionally and breath!!! I look forward to hearing from all of you. Anyone go to MX? ~

Hi, I am still getting my finances in order. I have chosen my Dr. in MX. that I feel good about. Any suggestions on things I can do to be more prepared while I am waiting? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am excited and want to be proactive. I really want to keep the ball rolling. Also, Is there anything you know now that you did not know before your surgery that would helpful pre op. Thank you so much!

Hi, I am not sleeved, have not quite got all my ducks in a row to take a trip to Mexico. I wait tables at a very high volume restaurant. I also clean houses ( stilt homes, a lot of stair climbing) How long afterwards would you say I could return to work performing regular duties. I do not plan on sharing my surgery experience with anyone other than my family. Any ideas? Thank you,
