Hi everyone. I'm 44 years old and have been struggling with my weight since the birth of my first son, 21 years ago. Yo-yo dieting isn't working for me and I'm worried about health complications. I don't have diabetes YET...but my last 2 blood test are close...100. My mother and brother both ended up with type 2 diabetes. I want to hear your stories...good and bad!
