I am wondering about this too. I think I have decided that if someone asks I will tell them. I don't want to be dishonest but they will also be told about how hard this is and about the fabulous foods I have promised myself I would never have again since they are what gote to 300 pounds in the first place -
Looking for a fast weight to track Protein and vitamin intake daily, what do you use?

Hi all, I am just starting out in my process. First I have to do a 3 month weight loss program under my doc's care and then I can get banded. I have met with the weight loss clinic that will do the surgery and will start the meetings with the dietician and meet with the doctors next month What advice can you all give me? Thanks, Heather -
