I don't know but.....I've been eating real good for this past two days cause I wanted start my week off right. I've been counting calories, getting my water, and turn up my workouts to over an hour. Okay so why is that when I got on the scale this morning I have shot up 3 more lbs. What kind of backwards sh*t is this? I mean, ya girl been sweating hard trying to lose this weight. I'm not understanding.
