Ugh! This freakin staaaaalllllll. It's driving me nuts. I was losing so well in the beginning and now nothing! ~Relax, breathe in, exhale~ Do it again. ~Relax, breathe in, exhale~ Aaaah yes....

I haven't lost anymore weight, but I walked by the measuring tape and thought maybe I should just see....well, I've lost 6 inches from my waist. I was about to get depressed but not now...Woohooo!

Those extreme cheddar goldfish (yeah i know i'm not suppose to have them, but my son had some). Anyway, they are the devil!

I don't know but.....I've been eating real good for this past two days cause I wanted start my week off right. I've been counting calories, getting my water, and turn up my workouts to over an hour. Okay so why is that when I got on the scale this morning I have shot up 3 more lbs. What kind of backwards sh*t is this? I mean, ya girl been sweating hard trying to lose this weight. I'm not understanding.

I just had the best workout and an even better shower. I feel like I could drink a gallon water but I don't want to be doing marathons to the potty all night. Time to rest now. Goodnight.

Man, I woke up starving this morning. Must have food, must have something good...oh, and healthy:)

Put my head phones on and got my workout on. Almost forgot I wasn't at the club. I feel good!

Whelp, me and the scale are at it again. This time the scale won. I didn't even have a good defense I earned every bit of these 2lbs I gained. Getting myself back on track starting today. No more just winging it thinking I won't go over my calories. I'm keeping track of everything! New day, new start.

Something tells me that me trying to get in all the water that I missed today before going to bed is a bad idea. Smh.

Somebody should've told me that EAS protein shakes were so nasty! That's what I get for trying something different. Ugh!

It's just one of those days where I want to do nothing but lie in bed and watch tv. Does raising my arm to change channels burn calories cause that's about all the activity I'm good for right now.
