<p>My story begins back in my childhood as many of yours do. I didn't begin to get overweight until the age of 13. Thirteen was a crucial turning point in my life in which my world became very cruel and negative. I have yet to recover. It took me 34 years to find myself. Now at 35, it's time I take care of me! I am married to a wonderful man, have been for 13 years and I have 2 sons ages 10 and 6. As a child I always wanted to be married and have children. I have accomplished that. But in doing so I became that person that made everyone happy except myself. I am glad to annouce that today I no longer do that. I do not live by anyone's rules but my own. I could care less what anyone else thinks because I now know that I am a good person, beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. It's important to believe that. I have carried the burden of pain through overeating and weight gain, and it's time to let it go. It's time to focus on me, my wants and needs. I always make sure my kids and husband are taken care of but along with them I include myself.</p>
