go all the way today

hello, i am new here. i have been researching all kinds of options, from lap band to liposuction to tummy tuck to gastric bypass. and i am still undecided on what i really need to do. its hard to be a severely overweight person in california, with all these pretty people surrounding me. i am always uncomfortable. and i fear for my health for the future, because i know that being obese can lead to likelihood of heart attack or high blood pressure, leading to stroke. could anyone help me out, and point me in the right direction? thank you so very much.

That is an amazing story! you have really inspired me. i would love to lose 100 pounds. i would be at my ideal weight. i have been trying to become more active lately. but i just tire so fast. bleh. thank you johnny4you, i researched the info you gave me. you really seem to know your stuff. this information has significantly increased my desire to have the surgery done. it seems like my kind of deal.
