No, nobody responded. Talked to my doc and he said I strained a muscle. I will admit that I probably moved fast. 4 days after surgery I was in Viquest exercising but I felt fine then. I am going to take it easy for a day or 2 and see what happens...

Hello, I got banded on Sept. 23, 2011 so about 2 weeks ago and yes I was sore. The first day was the worst. The next day I walked every hour around my house and I continued to do that for the next couple of days. I think that helped me get past the soreness...good luck

Hello everyone...I am new to the forum but need some answers. For the past 4 0r 5 days I ahve been having pain in the lower left side of my back. I had my surgery on Sept. 23, 20ll and this has been my only problem so far. Anybody else experience this type of pain?
