I have a BMI of 33. I've tried everything.....Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Personal Trainers, Diet Pills, Low Carb, No Carb starving myself.....and i cannot lose weight. If i am successful and lose weight i gain it back before i can get comfortable.
I have elevated testosterone levels for a woman. My doctor says it is not PCOS because my ovaries don't appear to have it. I was already taking 100 mg of spironolactone for swollen feet. Now I'm on 200mg of testosterone daily. 2 years ago i had a gallbladder attack which landed me in the hospital for a week and 2 surgeries.
I know this weight is causing these problems so I'm looking into a self pay lapband. I'm ready to lose weight permanently.
