@ Larraine...I've never measured my food before but I am willing to try it. So is everything I eat supposed to be 4 oz or under?
@ Sage Tracey - I have heard that too about not eating enough but seems so strange that I actually need to eat more to lose weight - hard for me to wrap my mind around. I usually eat 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 1 egg for breakfast. Baked ckn and veggies for lunch, and tuna salad or ckn again for dinner. For snacks I eat string cheese or sugar free popsicles. I'm trying to make myself drink the protein shakes now for breakfast even though they are pretty gross. Thank u both so much for the tips
