How is everyone doing, id almost a year since we had our surgery..I feel great one of the best things I did for myself I lost 87 pounds so far but now is very slow since I can eat more..I feel great . Love to hear from all of you soon.

Hi, if you are doing the surgery you are doing a great thing,, i had my surgery 11/22/2011 and I only told my kids my dad and one of my best friends 2 weeks before the surgery, my oldest son was not happy but is my life and one of the best things i have done for me..for everyone else I told them i went on a Protein diet since I had to do the pre surgery diet no one noticed.. i took a week vacation came back with 25 pounds less...but i rocked my sleeve and everyone things im still on the diet but I eat much more now...and evrything. so do it people sometimes are a bit selfish and dont want to loose their eating buddies. Good luck you wont regret it..just give time since at the beginnig you wont eat at all much, but you are not hungry so who cares. Best thing that I did for myself

Hi all my 3 month anniversary was 2/22 and I am down 65 pounds.. I had been going to Zumba classes 3 timas a week and just being active since surgery I am much more energetic.. 1 thing I hate is hair loss is anyone having this issue??? But the good thing is that i can eat everything in very small portions but I feel great.. Congrats to everyone in our anniversary..cheers to the next 3 months..

So glad to hear everyone is doing good... I am so happy with my weight loss of 65 pounds my 3 month anniversary was 2/22 and I feel like I never had surgery well besides the fact that I can't eat much but i am so use to it..I even went on vacation and I saved so much money in food.. Ha ha

How is everyone doing after the slevee, we were all so into caring before and after surgery and now we dont even here a hi... I doing great I hhave los 58 pounds and working out since the weight loss has slowed down after the 2 months.. I can eat anything but if i EAT TOO FAST food get stuck and is not a pleasent feeling.

How is everyone doing November sleever, I have not heard from you guys, I am doing great lost 50 pounds already and extremily happy.. can eat bits and pieces here and there but never my whole small plate... Hope to hear from all of you.. Susan

]Hi DC, I been having almost the same pain but is my lower right side and it's more when I do a sudden move or i sleep, i tried calling my doctor but the nurse is the only one that tells me what to do, take gas x or take beneful . What did your doctor said??

as per my doctor I should start at 6 weeks but i just cant do it anymoree

Hi everyone I was sleevedon 11/22 and so far I lost 38 pounds,everything has been fine except a pain I have around the belly button are which comes and goes and is more when I move to a certain side...Feels muscular... besides that I feel great and I am still on liquid diet and a few pieces of cheese, i dont think I am eating more that 500 calories I dont know how to add more food to my diet and shakes I can digest any more. Hi all, i was sleeved on 11/22 but i have not been able to eat any solid food as per my doctor, and I just digest 1 more shake after 6 weeks of protein shake. How is everyone else doing,can you eat other things

Liliana, I take gas -x and it has help a lot... plus added to my diet beneful and helps me too.

Has anyone experience a lot of intestinal gas, with pain?

Hi all, I am 3 almost 3 weeks out and after s sneeze i got this sharp pain on my right side, and the \next day went away but now I have constant more if I lay dowm on the right side , i call my surgeon and the nurse told me I was constipated but the suppositories did not help the pain, feels like a muscle pull somethimes, but I am concerned

Hi all, welcome Katrina..I was sleeve 11/22 as well.. i lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks including the pre op diet. I have no problems drinking,the problem I get full really quickly, so today was the 1st time i was able to drink 2 protein shakes and my 1st day of work after surgery..one thing I have to say is that I feel like i never had surgery...

They sale at CVs or Walgreens the pill crusher, it works but still will have the ugly taste.
