when i had the gas, I use gas-x liquid softgels and open a tip and added the liquid to sip of anything with flavor, the inside liquid taste like mint and it help me with tremendously

I use those to cook, and also to make my home made broth, but i cook lean meat or chicken and add the envelops of beef or chicken.. they do taste good.

Hi all, I feeling good the only problem I have is that I still feel some pain or tendernes on my upper left side around where the drain was.. feels like muscle pain so I assume this will go away soon.... I make my own broth, buy very lean meat and cook it with garlic & onion power and beef broth cubes, and cilantro since I am hipanic,no soup with out cilantro and tastes so good.

yes yes,u should ask about your pre diet,it really makes your surgery recovery faster... and after surgery you will defenatelly need to be on a diet, water the 1st day and jello & broth the 2nd or 3rd and the same with protein shakes there after. You will feel sick after surgery but belive me Iam 4 days after and i feel like nothing happened just a bit of pain. -
