Welcome!! The advice I have is begin on your liver shrinking diet NOW!! Get used to limiting your intake and eating more healthy! Do a shake in the am, a snack a few hrs later, another shake for lunch, a snack in the afternoon, a healthy full of protein dinner-remember eat protein FIRST, then eat veggies if you are still hungry! Finish your night off with a protein shake or a protein bar-
