  1. Just wanted to see how we are all doing. I still have some gas bubbles in my chest area and still get a little tired in the afternoon. What about you guys?
  2. How does everyone get that weight counter on their posts.
  3. I have been eating Beans and lentils that I made as well as scrambled egg beaters, cottage cheese and yoghurt. Its not bad. I feel satisfied. Just still battling with this gas. But getting better every day. Just wish I did not crash around noon every day for about an hour or so then bounce back.
