Ok...I am new to this forum and have a million questions, but I will start with this one. My surgery is scheduled for November 14th and I begin the Pre-op diet on October 31st. Can anyone give me some ideas for meals/shakes etc....for pre-op. My doctor's program is a high Protein - low/zero carb diet (3 meals a day composed of 4 oz of protein and salad like veggies). Any ideas? Russ H.
