I am so looking forward to this journey. I have been fighting this battle for 20 years. I've done Nutrisystem, "fat" drs, WW, etc. Obviously, at 230 pds, I haven't been too successful!! My husband has ALS and requires 24/7 care. I do that by myself, and I need to get into better shape so I can be around to keep taking care of him. I will get my fotos posted soon. Since I just registered I wasn't sure what was needed. I know that I will need all the support I can get, and I also look forward to give support whenever I can. Looking forward to being part of your group.
