Hi, Well I have not gotten my date yet but I believe it will be in 2 weeks, all I can keep thinking about how excited I am my family is so happy and excited for me. I have been battling with weight for a long time I starting having problems with weight when I was 12yrs old but I always was able to exercise and eat right and it would go too my ideal weight, at the age of 17yrs old I was 140pds just maybe 10pds or so over weight but after having kids, the last  child in 2004,. I had put on alot of weight I belive I was 214pds at that time, so I did what I did ever time before excercise and eat right and I just kept gaining, and I was under stress and being a deibetic all the meds I took made you gain weight, Today is 2011,,, I weigh 290pds, and I am getting the lapband this year and I am not stress I am happy I have a large family support from everyone and its awesome, I am just so happy to get healthy and with all the exercise I do I know I'll see a change, But, THank you so much everyone at palms pandena hosiptal for this jounrey..
Hi. there I started the optifast 800 on 10-11-2011 my weight was 290pds. wow !
so  when I came in for my lapabnd my surgery app 10-25-2011 which they weighed me and I was 280pds  thats a great start, so  after having my surgery I did gain somehow 4pds, dont know but,.when I got home from hosiptal I rested and stayed on water and liquids and weighed myself 1 week after surgery and guess what I am done to 270pds,, WOW!! So thats great now If , I can get rid of the gas and air pain I would be great and... my back, neck left shoulder is in lots of pain.. but 1 day out of time
