I have always struggled with my weight since I can remember, trying diet after diet, losing weight and then gaining back more than what I had lost. I finally decided to have the lap band surgery a couple of years ago! That was the best decision of my life! I have lost 100lbs now but I seem to be at a stand still at the moment all though I dont think it would be a good idea to get another fill because I am pretty tight right now I just can't seem to lose anymore weight.
