Ruby I looked at some Jay Robb at our Kroger and it confused me - I don't remember how it was worded but whey Protein isolate wasn't the first ingredient so I walked away - I am so afraid of buying the wrong thing!! Someone on a facebook group suggested unflavored with crystal light so I think I will be trying that, wouldn't it be nice if it was something I could drink all day??

I have been considering it too and just can't do it for the price. I would love having the ease of just cleaning the the blade and then being able to use it again but it seems like the price just isn't worth it. I have seen then little Hamilton Beach mentioned above at our walmart for $12 - it is tiny and would work great because our counter is so small but the blade is in the glass like a normal blender so you would still need to wash it each time you used it. I'm still undecided.

I'm sort of like MissBliss but am allowed non starchy veggies as well - 2 weeks and it starts Monday for me!

You might want to consider a vitamin made for bariatric patients. Your nutritionist should address the labs if not your doctor.

Submitted on 7/12 called on 7/13 and they sent to medical review then, approved 7/14

yes, thats all I did! Mine did it on a verbal but apparently there is an approval number you can get. You can also ask for a fax copy of your letter (not sure if they will but worth a try). I called first time and said was it received then called the next day to ask where I was on my chiropractic max for the year and oh by the way is there any response on my surgery?

all I can say is CALL CALL CALL! Call and see if received because then they will route for review quicker and check on approval because the letter takes 10 plus days (still don't have mine, approved a week ago Wednesday).

I have 4 days off - but I am taking unpaid FMLA. My Doctor says 4 weeks off and he may consider 2 weeks because I work from home. I am pretty sure I will take as much as he will give, we will just have to be frugal. My disability kicks in after 21 days so I will have 4 days paid at the beginning and a week paid 60% at the end, 2 weeks 1 day unpaid in the middle.

I just found out today that BCBSIL stopped covering an assistant surgeon on VSG 6/1/11. I have been told that my Dr's assistant bills and co-surgeon which is some how different. Just wondering if anyone has gotten a bill and knows how BCBSIL is now paying? A little freaked, I won't do this if $20,000 will come from my pocket!!

I don't have a time yet either so I don't think it's weird! I love the moon idea!! My preop is 3 days before. My Dr requires BC to be stopped 1 month before - BIG letters in the instructions and my NUT told me they have canceled surgeries because of it so you may want to call!!!

I have heard of that. Not sure if it can be waived. Since only one person mentioned it I would call back and ask specifically!

I am listening to a radio show and there is a Dr Freedman (in Alabama I believe) on the show who says he doesn't do the sleeve because he has a problem with it - says there is a study by a Dr in California who recently did a CT study of his 5 year sleeve patients and it show their stomach was completely stretched out. This Dr Freedman said he doesn't do the sleeve because of the risk of regain and sites this study. Does anyone know about this study or can you find any info on it??

I don't know of any but I am also in Central Illinois!! Howdy neighbor! I am being sleeved in Springfield with Dr Hammer 8/8.
