Kayla - YAY!! I am at home, just got up, have to be at the hospital at 9 so have a while. Very excited!

Hey Debbie! Funny I find myself reading your post right around the "in 9 hours" mark too! I have to be there at 9am and here I am awake! Not too worried here, have had so many surgeries before, then I start thinking I SHOULD be worried! UGH!! Ready for it to be done! See you on the losers bench!

Lori I didn't do a food funeral so much either. I did eat some of my favorite things but didn't go overboard on anything. I figure I can have most of it again, in moderation, after I am at goal. My surgery is tomorrow

I just tend to click around myself - it's good to do that as sometimes you find a question you have been thinking of has been answered but maybe not where you would have looked! This is a great place for support! There are also some facebook groups for VSG that are closed or secret if you are not telling many people. I have found so much support both paces!

aww thanks ! I don't think I was the first person to start posting in here but sure was excited when people did! I am so glad we have such a huge group of people this month - it will be so good to share!

I have been similar - lost bout 9 lbs over all, usually staying around 800 calories. I feel like I have some fluid retention myself and of course Aunt Flo showed up Thursday. I have to do bowel prep today - drink a whole bottle of magnesium citrate - thinking that ought to show on the scale in the AM - ick! I'm also only to have one protein drink today and one food from my list - probably cream of wheat as I feel like it will stick with me best then only clear liquids. I had to go to the Dr office Friday for my preop meeting and was only down about 3 lbs since the time before and they didn't say a word.
