I had sleeve surgery with Dr Almanza @ Jerusalem Hospital in Tijuana, Mexico on August 24th. I went into it rather apprehensive since like many of us, I had tried about everything up to that point to get my weight under control. This has been by far the BEST thing I have ever done for my personal health! I had ballooned to 281 lbs, and now to date post-surgery, I am down to 233 lbs in under 6 weeks! My goal going in was down to my ideal weight of 185...I am amazed daily as I have lost 5-6 inches around my "love-handles"!
