Hello! I am planning on getting (another) tattoo on Apr 14th and really want it to go on the inside of my upper arm. I am worried with the weight loss-i still have like another 80 to loose at least- if it will look funny- (its just writing). Anyone else have or know of anyone with the same issue?

I would like to start a new thread for anyone who is/was in a plateau and some suggestions on getting out of it!

I would like to know if everyone follows the 3 meals or 6 small ones/daily. I've been told no more than 3 but my friend (who had bypass) was told 6....I'm in a majorly frustrating plateau and really dont want to count cals...

So I tried 3 meals, but by mid-afternoon or coffee-thirty as i call it, i needed a snack- so i had a fiber one bar and had dinner an hr/1/2 later- good day!

Cereal is considered a "liquid" therefore it shouldn't be a meal, eat a solid protein like eggs or something,the cereal will just go right thru the band not keeping you full for long but the egg will

Cheese is a lot of bad (albeit yummy) saturated fat! Brenty- can i ask how many cal you stay within- and do you do rigorous exercise? and are you loosing 2 lbs/wk? Ps- i like "having better things to do " lol i agree!!!! I go nuts with the numbers!

you can find the Morningstar chikn patties which are FABULOUS at Bjs (bulk obviously, that's the best deal)
