I just met a lady who had it done at fountain valley. She was very happy there and is several years postop. She is now thinking about sending her daughter there. She looked good and healthy and happy. -

I am not having an easy time with the taste of the vitamins (chewable) and the shake!! I do not even know if I'm putting the right proportion of mix to the h2o!! It's only day one n I feel so hungry, have a major headache n nauseous!! Blah. Only 2.5 more weeks of this :0/ -
I'm going to have to get used to this preop liquid diet n these interesting smelling vitamins. :0/ day 1...Here goes...Cheers*

I need help. I need to know if this is normal amounts or gonna make me not Lose right: My protein shakes have 7g of carbs and I have to drink that serving 6 times a day. My vitamins have 6g of carbs per day. Isn't this too much??!! Ugh thanks !!! -

I paid $225 for my psych to write and fax the letter. My regular visits cost 150$ out of pocket. I'll take your $60 bill any day. ;0/. In the longrun it's nothing if it meant the insurance to approve covering my surgery. :0) -
I got all from bariatric advantage. They have many different flavors they let u sample. I got berry, passionfruit, and chocolate (calcium, b-12, iron).

I don't have that condition but steroids (for ulcerative colitis) is wgat made me gain 60lbs in less than two mos in the first place and effected my metabolism to slow down :0( good luck to u guys . I hate hate hate prednisone!!!! :0/ -
I have to do a two wk one n I just saw a post that motivated me that said the more u lose b4 surgery the better results in the end. ;0)
