I reached a point where I was unable to stop unhealthy eating habits.  I used to eat with no boundaries at all.  I developed health problems like back trouble that caused me to have two back surgeries, hypertension, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, Type II Diabetes, and diabetic neuropathy.  I also discovered I had a binge eating disorder.  I previously had Lap Band surgery in 2011.  I kept the weight off for three years but I gradually lost control, again.  I had always been a "yo-yo dieter" in the past having been over weight majority of my life.  I decided to try again and had a gastric sleeve on 4/1/2016.
