I'm 3 weeks post op. I'm eating soft foods. Soft foods is alot easier than liquid diet. But my appetite is back with avengence. I'm always hungry and I catch myself binging on soft foods. I dont get as full as fast as I used to. I'm able to eat the same portions I was before my surgery. I dont see my dr. till saturday. Is anyone else going thru this? -

Thanks everyone for the advice. I'm trying to stay on track. I havent weighed myself due to fear of gaining. I will soon enough. I should be having my first fill soon. I hope it gets better. Nice to know i'm not going at this alone. -

I'm basically eating everything and anything. I'veonly lost 10 lbs since banding. I know its my own fault, I have no will power. I'm going to ask my dr. if I can have my first fill this saturday. -

hello everyone, I was banded on oct 13th and as of monday the 17th i'm allowed full liquids. It is VERY hard. Hang in there. On sunday just 3 days post op, i was thinking what the heck did i get myself into. I think I'm still going thru the emotinal rollercoaster. but we need to stay positive.,

hello ladies, well were in this together. basically i'm on a 2wk full liquid high protien low carb diet. I can replace one meal with a chicken breast and veggies, but that basically it. So far so good, my hunger has gotten under control. I'm getting excited , time is almost here. Please let me know how your procedures go. good luck to us all. -

Hi everyone my name is erica, I started my 2 week pre-op full liquid diet today. All i can say is its 445pm and i'm sooooooo hungry. But I need to understand the commitment/lifestyle change I will be embarking on as of Oct., 13th. Yup Oct 13th is the big day. I'm very nervous, but finding this forum is exciting and reading all the questions and post has really helped.
