    I usually just monitor how much protein (60-80gr) I take in. My nutritionist provides a list of bariatric general diet listing that helps me know what to eat.

    It was recommended to me by my nutritionist that I take the Flinstone vitamins. You can chew them and they taste good and are not hard to get down. So, I have stuck to them.
