I thought i was alone out here, I was actually going to ask this question today when i came across the post. I have been dealing with this issue for a while too and its really embarrassing and annoying because plucking causes an ingrown which then turns into a scar for me, i'm glad to hear that there is hope. -

So I was watching VSG journeys on Youtube and I cant remember the username but there was a video talking about how to get a 3 month supply of bariatric advantage vitamins, just go to obesityaction.org and click on the "Recovery Program" link, then print the forms and give them to your doc to fill out, they will then send you the supply of free vitamins. This is awesome for anyone who cant afford supplements!!!

I am awaiting approval from my insurance. But per my patient intake coordinator if approved surgery will be the last week of october or the first week of november....Good luck!! -
I read that we should take 500 mg three times a day, taking more than this may cause kidney stones. I also read that we should start with a calcium carbonate for the first 3 weeks and then switch to a calcium citrate after that. i'm unsure of the reasoning behind it, but i'm going to try it and see

OMG i'm so excited,I have been waiting for the doctors office to finally submit to my insurance for approval. And they finally did yesterday. So in 5-14 days hopefully i'll be updating everyone with the Awesome news that I am approved for surgery! If so I am looking to have surgery Oct or Nov 2011. Pray for me!!
