Hello, I had to travel by car for two days to get my surgery done. We live in a remote, northern location and don't have services locally. What a drive back! A lot of the drive, I was looking at different sites. I felt a little lost, not knowing what to eat, not knowing what hthe different pains I was feeling were, I think I need to keep connected with a site like this to get ongoing support. I am 35 years old, a working professional with two young daughters at home. My husband and I have a farm and I have a huge garden. My oldest daughter has started school this year. The best way to describe me since I've had kids is a zombie. I've been on auto pilot for at least the past two years and found myself 60 lbs heavier th an my heaviest weight. Im afraid of this leg of my journey, afraid I won't have th e strength to make it work. I want to be healthy for myself and my family. My dr found that I have a fatty liver during the surgery, I know that has to be corrected.
Looking forward to chatting with you, also for any food tips for these first few weeks. I was already eating the mushy foods and my dr said I could move to solids if I tolerate it.
