This is 14 mos after my band and 89 lbs down. Its still sometimes hard to think of myself as almost a normal sized person. I still have 55 lbs to go but this year has seen a big change in me and my life.. I love my band.

This is me preparing to train for my first 5k. Going to do a 2 mile run in aug then a 5k in sept. I put on this and looked at the mirror and was OMG i have a waist. Its been hidden for year under all that fat but there it is!!!!!!!!! Got a long way to go but I am over half way to the new me. I am excited for the rest of the journey.
