I actually grew up thin and very althletic. I had my first baby at 21 and my second at 25. I was unable to keep the baby weight off after my children and am now heavier than when I was 9 months pregnant.  I finally took action when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and my blood work showed pre diabetes. Luckily my insurance approved me because of the apnea. I'm ready for a flat tummy and a jawline again!
