Hello, I was banded the same day as you and share similar experience, stalling since Thursday. What I have learned from reading other posts is that the first few weeks are meant for healing and not for weight loss. The focus is to get healed so that we can start implementing the rules that would enable us to function the tool that is the lapband. Granted the weight loss was rapid at first but that is due to Water weight and just the general shock of the impact of surgery, maybe our bodies are slowly recovering and just re-adjusting. Now that I feel much better, I have started exercising thirty minutes everyday just walking around in my living room. Just stay positive and remember this is a journey, be optimistic and keep in mind that it took a while to pack in the pounds and therefore taking them off will require some time, practice and patience.
